A naturally caffeine free chai, blending sweet and warming spices with the potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Turmeric.

- Turmeric, black peppercorns, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, star anise
- Infuse for 5 minutes in freshly boiled water. Add milk and/or honey.
- Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk to the saucepan and allow the chai blend to infuse in it for 10-15 minutes. Strain into a mug and add honey (optional).
