Today we are featuring her incredible Raw Caramel Slice recipe. Here’s how its done!

BASE

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

FILLING

  • 12 medjool dates
  • 1 cup macadamias
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

TOPPING

  • 6 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil soft
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

METHOD

  • blend base ingredients and press down in lined tray. Set in freezer while making filling.
  • Blend all filling ingredients and spread over top of base. Set aside while making topping.
  • Either blend or melt topping ingredients and spread over filling.
  • Set in fridge
  • Enjoy
