Such a simple, tasty Summer treat! It takes no time at all to whip up and is a far more delicious and nutritious option than ice cream on a hot day.
All you need is one frozen banana and around 4 frozen strawberries. Chuck them in the blender and add a splash of coconut milk or a spoonful of natural or coconut yogurt. Blend until mix is nice and thick and completely smooth and spoon into a bowl. Tastes amazing on its own or you can add toppings like coconut chips, chia seeds of granola.
Makes 1 big bowl. Enjoy!
