A delicious, convenient, nutrient dense snack! Containing fats, protein and complex carbs. Just mix all ingredients together with a spoon and mixing bowl and bake for 20 minutes. Done!

  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup honey, maple syrup or rice malt syrup
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line baking tray. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Roll mix into balls and flatten on tray. Bake for 20 minutes of until golden. Cool and EAT!!
